KRT80

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT80 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,831 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT80-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT80_S451, KRT80_S45, and ANXA1. Each is linked with KRT80 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT80-to-partner and partner-to-KRT80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT80 versus KRT80_S451 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT80→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
