KRT80

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT80 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,379 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT80-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST6, TMEM40, and ATG9B. Each is linked with KRT80 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT80-to-partner and partner-to-KRT80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT80 versus CST6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT80→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
