KRT80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT80 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT80-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, p27_pT198, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with KRT80 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT80-to-partner and partner-to-KRT80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by KRT80-low versus KRT80-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT80→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
