KRT80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT80 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT80-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, ADAM2, and DEFB133. Each is linked with KRT80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT80-to-partner and partner-to-KRT80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by KRT80-low versus KRT80-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT80→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
