Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT79 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,963 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT79-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoderm formation, Endodermal cell differentiation, and Regulation of cysteine-type endopeptidase activity involved in apoptotic process. Each is linked with KRT79 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT79-to-partner and partner-to-KRT79 results are reported.
