Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT77 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,077 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT77-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4LP11, MIR3978, and RNU4-85P. Each is linked with KRT77 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT77-to-partner and partner-to-KRT77 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT77→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT77) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
