Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT75 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KRT75 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher KRT75 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT75 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where KRT75 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
