KRT75

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT75 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,956 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT75-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP11, VSNL1, and ACTN1. Each is linked with KRT75 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT75-to-partner and partner-to-KRT75 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT75 versus MMP11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT75→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT75) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
