Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT75 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,747 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT75-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR62, COL17A1, and BRIP1. Each is linked with KRT75 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT75-to-partner and partner-to-KRT75 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT75 versus WDR62 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT75→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT75) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
