Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT75 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,980 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT75-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPE, PSMB7, and CDT1. Each is linked with KRT75 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT75-to-partner and partner-to-KRT75 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPE grouped by KRT75-low versus KRT75-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT75→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT75) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
