KRT75

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT75 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT75-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with KRT75 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT75-to-partner and partner-to-KRT75 results are reported.
