KRT74

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT74 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT74-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP7P13, ERHP2, and CBX1P5. Each is linked with KRT74 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT74-to-partner and partner-to-KRT74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENPP7P13 grouped by KRT74-low versus KRT74-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT74→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
