KRT72

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT72-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-176P, ABCD1P5, and NDUFA5P8. Each is linked with KRT72 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT72-to-partner and partner-to-KRT72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-176P grouped by KRT72-low versus KRT72-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT72→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
