KRT72

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT72 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT72-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, RAD51, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with KRT72 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT72-to-partner and partner-to-KRT72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by KRT72-low versus KRT72-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT72→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
