Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT71 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,014 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT71-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Wnt signaling pathway, Mesenchymal cell differentiation, and Morphogenesis of a branching structure. Each is linked with KRT71 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT71-to-partner and partner-to-KRT71 results are reported.
