KRT71

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT71 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,698 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT71-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL3, RPL19, and RPL23. Each is linked with KRT71 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT71-to-partner and partner-to-KRT71 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT71 versus PPIL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT71→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT71) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
