The most reproducible KRT71-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HID1_S653, PCBP1, and RC3H1_S462. Each is linked with KRT71 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT71-to-partner and partner-to-KRT71 results are reported.
