KRT71

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT71 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,357 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT71-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-338P, GAS2L1, and ECHS1. Each is linked with KRT71 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT71-to-partner and partner-to-KRT71 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-338P grouped by KRT71-low versus KRT71-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT71→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT71) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
