Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT71 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 324 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT71-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal vesicle formation, Metanephric renal vesicle formation, and Muscle cell migration. Each is linked with KRT71 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT71-to-partner and partner-to-KRT71 results are reported.
