Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,327 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPL, TRIM29, and CAV2. Each is linked with KRT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT4-to-partner and partner-to-KRT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT4 versus PPL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
