Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,299 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MGP6, FAM136A, and OR10D1P. Each is linked with KRT4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT4-to-partner and partner-to-KRT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MGP6 grouped by KRT4-low versus KRT4-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
