KRT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNU13, ATP8B4, and OR10W1. Each is linked with KRT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT4-to-partner and partner-to-KRT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNU13 grouped by KRT4-low versus KRT4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
