KRT38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 896 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT38-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTHL17, CAPZB, and RBPJP6. Each is linked with KRT38 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT38-to-partner and partner-to-KRT38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTHL17 grouped by KRT38-low versus KRT38-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT38→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
