KRT38

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,417 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT38-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTREX, DMC1, and BBIP1. Each is linked with KRT38 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT38-to-partner and partner-to-KRT38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT38 versus MTREX in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT38→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
