KRT36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT36-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR55B1P, GPATCH11, and BUB3. Each is linked with KRT36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT36-to-partner and partner-to-KRT36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR55B1P grouped by KRT36-low versus KRT36-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT36→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
