KRT36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT36-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, FoxM1, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with KRT36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT36-to-partner and partner-to-KRT36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by KRT36-low versus KRT36-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT36→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
