KRT36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT36 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,511 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT36-associated genes across cancer lineages are RICTOR, ECPAS, and ABCA8. Each is linked with KRT36 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT36-to-partner and partner-to-KRT36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RICTOR grouped by KRT36-low versus KRT36-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT36→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
