KRT31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,813 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of morphogenesis of an epithelium, Positive regulation of DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator resulting in transcription of p21 class mediator, and Regulation of hair follicle development. Each is linked with KRT31 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT31-to-partner and partner-to-KRT31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of morphogenesis of an epithelium grouped by KRT31-low versus KRT31-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT31→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 6,813 associations by consensus.
