KRT31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,168 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT31-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC9, PSMC3IP, and CCNB2. Each is linked with KRT31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT31-to-partner and partner-to-KRT31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EMC9 grouped by KRT31-low versus KRT31-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT31→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
