KRT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,613 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP1MT, BOP1, and SMS. Each is linked with KRT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT2-to-partner and partner-to-KRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT2 versus TOP1MT in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
