KRT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 318 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWC2L, OR13D1, and DBX2. Each is linked with KRT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT2-to-partner and partner-to-KRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VWC2L grouped by KRT2-low versus KRT2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
