KRT19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT19-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, eIF4E, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with KRT19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT19-to-partner and partner-to-KRT19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by KRT19-low versus KRT19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT19→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
