KRT19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,961 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT19-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf132, CLDN4, and PPL. Each is linked with KRT19 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT19-to-partner and partner-to-KRT19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT19 versus C6orf132 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT19→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
