Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT18P62 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT18P62 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KRT18P62 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT18P62 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and GBM show a favorable association.

ACC, COAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where KRT18P62 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
