Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT18P55 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT18P55 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher KRT18P55 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT18P55 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and READ show a favorable association.

LUAD, PAAD, and UVM are the cancer types where KRT18P55 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
