Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,773 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT18P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, ADNP, and RPRD2. Each is linked with KRT18P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P5-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT18P5 versus WDR5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
