Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT18P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT18P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KRT18P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT18P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and CHOL show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRC, and COAD are the cancer types where KRT18P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
