Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,027 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT18P37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with KRT18P37 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P37-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P37 results are reported.
