KRT18P25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,123 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA processing, NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with KRT18P25 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P25-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of mRNA processing grouped by KRT18P25-low versus KRT18P25-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P25→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
