KRT18P20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,260 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alpha-amino acid metabolic process, Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with KRT18P20 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P20-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Alpha-amino acid metabolic process grouped by KRT18P20-low versus KRT18P20-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P20→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
