Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,914 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Ribosome assembly, and Pyrimidine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with KRT18P16 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P16-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P16 results are reported.
