KRT17P8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT17P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,812 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT17P8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, ARHGAP25, and ACAP1. Each is linked with KRT17P8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT17P8-to-partner and partner-to-KRT17P8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT17P8 versus ARHGAP15 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT17P8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT17P8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
