KRT17P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT17P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,902 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT17P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT17, KRT17P6, and KRT16. Each is linked with KRT17P3 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT17P3-to-partner and partner-to-KRT17P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT17P3 versus KRT17 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT17P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT17P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
