Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,954 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with KRT17 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT17-to-partner and partner-to-KRT17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation grouped by KRT17-low versus KRT17-high in OVARY.
