KRT17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNKA2IP, C7orf33, and KRTAP13-2. Each is linked with KRT17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT17-to-partner and partner-to-KRT17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSNKA2IP grouped by KRT17-low versus KRT17-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT17→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
