Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT16P6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT16P6-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, CISD3, and CABLES2. Each is linked with KRT16P6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT16P6-to-partner and partner-to-KRT16P6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT16P6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT16P6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
