The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher KRT16P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT16P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.
KIRC, BRCA, and GBM are the cancer types where KRT16P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
