Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT16P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 198 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT16P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R7, RNA5SP369, and RNU6-6P. Each is linked with KRT16P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT16P2-to-partner and partner-to-KRT16P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT16P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT16P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
