KRT16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,918 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJB3, KRT14, and KRT17. Each is linked with KRT16 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT16-to-partner and partner-to-KRT16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
