KRT13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,133 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM29, SPRR3, and KRT16. Each is linked with KRT13 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT13-to-partner and partner-to-KRT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT13 versus TRIM29 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
